Purging yourself is the first essential step of your breakup recovery and healing process. It will ultimately result in you crafting your new beginning!

Think of purging as similar to how your Phone storage drive works. If your storage drive is full, you can't add more apps. So, to make room for a cool new app that will make your life better, you need to remove some of the apps that no longer benefit you or make you feel good. I'm sure you've gone through this process and discovered a dozen or so apps you'd forgotten about that were eating up your storage space!

Similarly, before you can let love, prosperity, and new positive things into your life, you need to acknowledge the lingering set of habits, beliefs, thoughts, people, environments and things that no longer benefit your spiritual growth. Then, you can set your intention to successfully purge yourself from all the excess noise and welcome goodness into your life. You're not in this alone. I'll guide you through various techniques and practices in this book to help you through the entire process.

I'm Pav Lertjitbanjong

I'm a true love believer on a mission to heal broken hearts. Inspired by my Data Science training and lessons learned from my godfather, a Buddhist monk, I'm passionate about deriving solutions through scientific research and spirituality. I’ve developed a roadmap backed by science and a series of powerful spiritual practices to help you practice a form of self-care and analysis on yourself, heal emotional wounds, transform your life, love and live fearlessly again!

As a Certified Divorce Coach, I also enjoy writing and vlogging as outlets to share lessons I've learned to help people–men, women and LGBTQIA+ community–navigate through #MomentsOfReset in love and life.

Like you, I'm an ordinary person who has experienced the highs and lows in life. Heartbreaks and pain have taught me many valuable lessons about becoming resilient and learning to thrive amidst setbacks. Every heartbreak has helped expand my limitless capacity to love and given me the wisdom and courage to do more, be more, and help others along the way to heal and recover from their heartbreaks.
