Our Story
Hi I'm Pav Lertjitbanjong. I created PAV AI because I know firsthand what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, and stuck in the midst of a financial & career setback. I’ve been there—burned out, depleted, and facing a life-altering divorce that left me both emotionally and financially shattered. In those moments, I felt like I was walking through life alone, with no one who truly understood the depth of my pain and uncertainty.
I also saw many colleagues and friends getting laid off, struggling with financial insecurity, and facing the daunting question of “What’s next?” It was hard to watch, and even harder to experience. I wish I had a companion - someone who had walked through the fire, someone who could provide real, actionable support when everything felt like it was falling apart. A guide to help me navigate the tough times, not just push through them.
As a corporate leader with over 20 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies and an MBA in Finance, I’ve built my career by helping businesses navigate through challenges and seize opportunities. But when it was my turn to face those same challenges on a personal level, I realized there was a huge gap: the lack of support for people going through layoffs, career transitions, burnout, and financial struggles. There was no one to offer clear steps, support and personalized guidance during those life-shattering moments.
